Ground water enhancement initiatives at Chaysal

Drinking water scarcity, ground water depletion, drying up of stone spout is one of the most prevailing environmental problems faced globally and Kathmandu is not so far from it. Despite of different possible option to overcome such issues the responsible stakeholders do not provide their proper attention. Considering this problem, "paschim paaila" youth network with support from UN-Habitat Urban Youth Fund and ENPHO established Rain water harvesting system at chayasal in mutual coordination with local youth club on 3-8 August, 2011.....

YOUTH AND WASH INITIATIVES

More than fifty percent of total populations of Nepal belong to youths. The age between 16-40 years consider as youth in context of Nepal however, the UN recognize youth are at the age between 16-32 years.

म आफ्नै तालमा हिडेपनि mobile को चार्ज सकिन लगेर गित बन्द के गरेको थेए मेरो कानमा एउटा आबाज गुन्जियो जुन एस्तो थ्यो "मेरो खल्ती बाट सलाई खस्यो ह हाहा ..." तर बाबाले मलाई केहि नि भन्नु भएन " र त्यो कुरा भन्ने केटि तै नोबेल क़ा थिए. म उनीहरु को पछी पछी भएको ले उनीहरु को कुरा सुन्ने पर्ने भयो.

आजको युगमा सोसिअल मेडिया नचलाउने युवा सायद नै होलान र म पनि धेरै जसो प्रयोग गर्नेगर्छु . बेलुकीको समयमा  केहि साथीहरु साग चट्टिंग  गरेर रामिलो गर्ने गरिन्छ तर आइतबार को दिन दिन online chatting गर्ने क्रममा मलाई एउटा प्रस्न ले केहि सोच्न बाध्य बनायो l
